SHIPPING AND DISPATCH INFORMATION
Funky SUP Australia provide fast shipping direct to your door using a variety of shipping carriers which are fully trackable including Australia Post, Toll Ipec and our Verified Private couriers. YES WE ONLY SHIP TO YOUR DOOR AND DO NOT HAVE DEPOT COLLECTIONS. So this price is for a direct door to door service which is part of our service commitment to you.
We honour our commitment by dispatching all orders on the day of ordering or the next day, with the exception of some paddle board locations where a private courier may be used and we will still stand by the transit times outlined in the guide below. Unless of course this is agreed by the customer and we will make contact before making this decision.
To ensure your stand up paddle-board is dispatched and delivered quickly please make sure we have the following information which is very important:
- Provide a Contact Phone Number – all details are put on the consignment so that the courier can contact you if required and without a phone number the order will not be sent until we receive this information.
- Provide a Physical Street Address – this applies to Paddle board orders only, accessories can be sent to a PO Box. So if ordering a paddle board we must have a physical street address.
- SUP Postage Calculator – Our Website ordering system calculator will determine the rate of postage once your postcode is entered. If this does not occur than please contact us through our contact us page and we will be able to calculate this for you.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched from our headquarters at ERINA, we will send you tracking details for your consignment. You can simply go to the website of the carrier and track using your consignment number.
All orders will require a signature, unless we have given an authority to the courier company (which is up to our discretion and we will notify you of this).

Our Australia Post E parcel account allows us to send our smaller parcels very quickly and economically through this fully trackable system. We send all of our smaller items up to 15kg through this system including sup storage racks, soft roof racks, bags, sup trolleys and alike.We are committed to dispatching all products quickly through this Eparcel system and usually have a pick up each business day Monday to Friday. So if you order before 12pm we try to get your order in that days post where we can.

All our larger bulky items are sent using Toll Ipec around Australia and this system is fully trackable. The majority of our Stand up Paddle boards are sent through Toll Ipec and we have been using them since 2009 so have a good business relationship with them.
- Private Verified Couriers – Contact Funky SUP and we can track this on your behalf
We have our very own Funky Truck Van and also use private couriers that service all over Australia. They are in the business of carting bulky items so are very familiar with delivering these types of products. We have been using some of these couriers for over 5 years now so can be verify their professionalism.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION
We at Funky SUP are not associated with the delivery partners we use and can not take responsibility for the policies and procedures they enforce. However, we are committed to our customers so will help with any concern with your delivery but can not guarantee any outcome. Funky SUP is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft to any product during shipping where a customer has not taken out transit insurance in respect to these occurrences. A customer must pay for transit insurance as an optional extra.
It is also important that customers specify on checkout the correct delivery information, as we will not be liable for an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
